Identification of fungi by lactophenol cotton blue staining. 7. Enumeration of fungal spores by haemocytometer 8. Identification of Algae (permanent slides). 9. Identification of protozoa (permanent slides). 10. Preparation of protozoan culture. 11. Studies of live protozoa and preparation of slides.
