Objective: 

This course will enable the students to identify and examine the blood cells and lymphoid tissues histologically and microscopically and perform antigen-antibody interactions by various immunological techniques.

Unit I: 

CONTENTS

  1. Blood Grouping and Rh typing
  2. Blood film preparation and identification of cells
  3. Collection of Serum from Blood
  4. Histological examination of lymphoid tissue
  5. Double diffusion
  6. Radial Immuno diffusion
  7. DOT- ELISA
  8. Latex Agglutination
