Upon completion of this course, the students will be able to:

CO1:  Understand the implication of IPR in everyday life

CO2:   Become familiar with Indian IPR System

CO3:   Understand different types of intellectual property rights in general and protection of products derived from research or innovations

CO4:    Understand different types of intellectual property rights in general and protection of products derived from research or innovations

CO5:    Understand broad outline of IPR regulations related to application particularly Trademarks, Geographical Indications and other IPRs

CO6: Understand contemporary issues in the subject like SIPP, compulsory licensing, unfair competition in IPR
